  • How do I add a profile image or shop logo?

    Go to PROFILE and then choose MY ACCOUNT from the drop down menu.  Here you can choose a profile image, this can be an image of yourself or a piece of artwork that represents your work.  You also have the option to add a seller logo to your storefront.  This is what buyers will see when they click on your storefront when looking at your items for sale.   

  • Do I need to add a Certificate of Authenticity with my artwork?

    You are welcome to include your own certificate of authenticity with the artwork you sell.  You could include details such as Title, Artist name and signature, Painting surface and Medium used, Date etc.

  • How Do I Add My Payment Details?

    Go to PROFILE at the top, scroll down to Payment Details.  Here you can add your bank account or PayPal details.

  • What Do I Write In The Product Title?

    Please keep the title to a minimum, you can describe your product in the description box.  If you are listing a greeting card, please make sure it says 'card' or 'greeting card' in the title so that it will be placed in the right category.
